A Life Full of Scrap

Recently, I have been lucky and got some "kang taos" from a friend. We are considering of getting our 2nd property for investment. It may be under his name this time. Since the current house is under mine. A little introduction, it's a new project @ Kuchai Lama : 288 Residence. The condominium will be ready by 2014. Kuchai Lama is definitely a hot spot for the years to come. I mean it is already a hot spot! Haha! It's Kuchai lama... it's a jam area too so nah it won't be my place to stay even when it's completed by 2014. It's purely for investment! I don't like big houses especially those crowded and located side by side landed houses even though those can be much more expensive than a condo. Maybe I grew up with condos! I prefer having a smaller area, where we could cuddle, where it's a warm & cozy homey!

288 Residence is much much more bigger and comes with a lot of free built-in stuff like my current one just better (T_T). Facilities is pretty good too! You got a gym, pool, 24 hour security, BBQ area, a covered car park (I wish I have this now), Jacuzzi (at least I sort of have this haha!) and I miss the lifts (One and only thing I hate now!)

This project is located next to Seringin Residences which selling from RM461/sqft. That project was snapped by buyers & investors in just couple of days. Considering the current price under the market value which I think is a real steal and will be a good for investments. Behind this projects, there will be 5 storey shop-offices selling from RM3.8M with the concept like Sunway Giza. Once this shop-lot completed, it will definitely push the prices up for this projects and surrounding areas. Besides, it has a good accessibility to major highways such as Kesas, MRR2, Maju Expressway, Seremban Highway, Old Klang Road, LDP, NPE and Federal Highway is one of major factors that makes this area a wonderful place to stay or for investments.

Looking for a stable cash flow from property investment muahahaha!!! We are meeting the developer guy tomorrow for some arrangement and details. Woohoo can't wait!
