A Life Full of Scrap

It's been sometime since I last visit my own blog XD Life's been pretty tough and great at the same time. Many things had happened I guess I will just write it all down...

Well, I started a new job a week ago... yes again changing job! I'm with one of the outdoor advertising company now. I guess when opportunity knocks on the door it's natural for me to answer the call. So that's a little update in my career.

Weeks ago something bad happened on the same damn day I cooked the red beans which exploded to the whole kitchen. Lucky for me the kitchen is still in one piece and a bit of red bean paste here and there lolx on the ceiling. Yeah you might be thinking what can be worst than this right? I got 2 sad news on the same damn day... such a bad bad day... my darling's grandma as well as my cousin bro's grandma passed away. I went to Malacca to help out darling's family as Penang was too far away.So my family just went and visit my fourth aunt's family. It was an exhausted week for the both of us. My poor darling has to cry within throughout the funeral sessions going on. I have not seen a single tears from him maybe he is trying to be strong for his family since he is the only guy apart from his old grandfather and his uncle who is less fortunate than all of us... so he would be the only person his mum and aunts could turn too. A night after the funeral march, we had a small arguments I can't even remember it's about what but yeah he finally broke down and cried. Well, maybe it's my fault I admit it. We're okay after the next morning.

Since his family happened things like this, he wasn't able to attend ah 5's wedding.It's a regular Chinese custom. Ah 5's is one of my uni ji muis. Last weekend, we traveled back to Penang after work. Started a midnight journey gosh reached Pg about 4am so freaking tired. On Sat, I visited my aunts, go breakfast/lunch with my family, go find Connie (my cousin bro's gf) to set my hair and rush to airport to pick up Winnie and her boyfriend (who is flying back from HK to attend ah 5's wedding dinner) then rushed to Prai to meet up with ah yee and ah sai (both accompany by their lovely and going to be boyfriends) and we all went to ah 5's house.

Her wedding is a very typical Chinese tradition style. She had it right at her house outside. Hmm... I don't think I will be having such wedding dinner lolx coz' it's too old school. Sat night was the bride side's dinner (ah 5). After a tiring night, we went back to a house rented by ah 5. Around midnight we (ah sai & the soon to be partner, ah winnie & the boyfriend, my boyfriend & I) we went makan outside a Malay stall. Walaueh... the food not only bo ho ciak taste like shit and the place filled with stupid super poisonous mosquito. Darling & I kena bitten whole body... really makes us no mood to watch the Uruguay & Germany's match. However, we managed to watch the first 2 goals haha... ended 3-2 was the results I am still pretty amazed with Uruguay's sportsmanship spirit. So we all left halfway when the match was still on. All of us slept pretty late.

The next morning, we girls gotta be ji muisss when the hubby & heng tais come chip san leong... 7 early 8 early kanneh the surau next to us already be our alarm clock and wake us up. About 9am we went over to ah 5's house, on the way she called up and said "eh did you guys prepare anything to make fun of the heng tais?" walaueh we were like O.O hin ar... everything also last minute. She never inform us as we all expect her other friends probably be planning something else. So 1hour left and it was very luin sui. We quickly discuss and had our breakfast at the same time and start preparing things. Well, lucky all went well and it was fun. I feel be ji muisss is nicer than be bridesmate hahaha... all of us were tired so we decided to head back and didn't went over to the groom's place. Sun night was the groom's dinner but I didn't get to attend as I was heading back to KL. The rest of them attended the dinner. As I waved good bye to ah 5 I could see the tiring smile on her face which makes me wonder when would be my time lolx... suddenly I feel so old. People around me getting married one by one. It's kind of scary.

After a tiring morning, we went back rest a while, took a bath and we headed to Pacific Mall for lunch. While having lunch we were chatting and memories of the past during our Uni days just flashed back. Ahhh... it's been ages. The only difference now is each of us have someone we love accompanying us. It was so much fun. Too bad ah tai and her boyfriend didn't came to join us. Anyway, it was a lovely weekend we had in Penang. After lunching, darling and I head back to Penang island to grab our stuff and had dinner with my family. So again, I was exhausted... he drove back all the way from Pg to KL. I was sleeping all the way back. I decided to skip the World Cup Final match even though I know I would regret for not watching it later. My poor darling is super tired therefore for his sake I agree to sleep at home instead.

Today at first I plan to go half day but then I decided to take unpaid leave for the whole day instead hehehe... XD so there you go... some updates of my life...
