This morning approx 3.20am, at Cheras Tmn Pertama roundabout,
saw a freak accident, involving a Vios, Myvi and a Lorry.

im one the first badge who arrive, mean it just happen maybe seconds ago.

Vios believe to be turtle and badly damaged. When im passing by the vios, rear passenger started to pull out the front driver and front passenger.

then when i pass the Myvi, the car was totally sardine. Heard one girl was yelling cos piined inside. I stop my car then run towards the myvi to offer a hand while calling 999 emergency line to request for ambulance and bomba.

then saw fire spark at the engine bay of myvi. while still on the phone with emergency line to provide more details, i run back to my car and drive to BHP station which is just less than 500m away from the scene.

then i request for the fire extingusher from the attendant which is kept inside. There was 4 extingusher on the ground. But the attendant refuse to pass to me.

the BHP attendant claimed dat the door cant be open.

then i shout at him, i need it! i want it! someone is pinned inside the car and its started to burn!

then the BHP attendant keep repeating he kenot borrow and open the door.

then i was like WTF! if ur kiosk is burning can u come out? then he replied yes.

then he still say he kenot open the door. Then he say his boss wont allowed to borrow. WTF!!!

then i started to amuk kicking the kiosk and punching the glass of the kiosk.

i even throw my IC to him say that if im dun return u report police.

i saw i borrow.. if i use it i will pay for it. then he keep on just smile at me.

then he ask another partner to come out. Then i start shouting and yelling at them with bad words saying dat if the girl dies you two are the murderer.

then the 2nd BHP attendant shout back at me.

i demand for their names, i told them i would complain bout them,

then the 2nd attendant copy down my number plate and said that all my acts been recorded on CCTV and he gonna report to police tumoro. I challenged him.

then i drove off back to the scene.. the car was totally burning and the poor girl was burn alive inside.

then i spoke to the Bomba and PDRM how many casualties was inside. they told me one girl.

Then i spoke to PDRM about the incident happen in BHP.. then the policemen also scold with anger WTF with them.. if i could get the fire extingushier.. the girl might be saved.

then the Policemen ask me to go police station to report a cover about the BHP, and he assured me that the stupid BHP wont get to report on me.

Personally i would like to ask, how much does 4 fire extingusher cost? isit more expensive than a life?

would like to ask the BHP petrol station's boss! u cant afford to lose 4 fire extingusher then u better closed down your station!!!! Fuck you boss!!!!

and this is to BHP MALAYSIA!! seens your procedure to keep all safety gadget inside the kiosk... if anything happen during refueling... is your attendant gonna open the door to help? seens he claimed that the door cant be open after hours??

FUCK YOU BHP!!! FUCK YOU!!!

i personally from now on will boycott BHP... i dont know how about you all!!!

gonna give BHP HQ a call tumoro... see what the fuck will they say about this kind of safety measurement they have!!!!!
Boycott BHP Cheras Taman Pertama? Is that what we are suppose to do? Hmm... My two cents:

The 2 morons might somehow turn out to be the "murderers" even though they don't mean it. Actually can't really blame them, they are just obeying orders from the boss. Erm... if you think they are to blame then blame it on their stupidity... I'm not trying to discriminate or being a racist here but then the 2 Malay idiots who refuse to save the girl who got stuck in the Myvi, I think they got no whatsoever common sense in them or maybe their IQ level is as high as the room temperature only! =.=|| They can't even differentiate an emergency with a robbery... hmm... That's why they are just the worker of the petrol kiosk. LOL

However, in the society we live in today, there's a lot of selfish people (my mistake I shouldn't have said ALL people. What I mean here is most people are selfish) I admit I might be selfish too if I were the BHP attendants. If let's say put yourself in the shoe of that 2 morons, what will your action be? Of coz' you'll say save the girl's life bla bla bla... (since it has happened already :P and you want to be a good person and not seen like a moron that would be your obvious answer) but then again think carefully there are many robbery cases and if you help you might just end up getting yourself killed in the process. I think the society is the one to be blame... we live in a horrid world that we no longer trust people around us. There is this Cantonese proverb, which says "yan yan wai ngoh, ngoh wai yan yan". I think this phrase no longer exist in the society. Now it's only "ngoh wai chi kei".

After this incident, there are some that said get your own fire extinguisher and leave it in the car. I wonder if your car is smash like that Myvi and you are stuck inside can that fire extinguisher in your car still help? LOL

The girl has been identified as Florina ak Joseph aged 27 from Sarawak. Probably it's also time for the girl to say goodbye to the world. Maybe it's just that her time is up. That's why we should always live life to the fullest as we may not know what will happen to us in the next seconds or minutes. May the poor girl's soul rest in peace and my deepest condolences to the family.

As for BHP director, if he doesn't do his PR well in this case I think BHP business is going to suffer. A simple sorry and maybe some compensation to the girl's family as a token or whatever could probably ease the anger of the public. If he is smart enough he should do that, I think some compensation to the girl's family is still cheaper than losing half his business. He should also look into the emergency plans etc etc and maybe he should also consider placing his fire extinguisher at the outside court (take Shell as an example) rather then in the kiosk.

I guess Malaysian car sucks after all. Not only does it has great potential to be a MILO tin, it also has another hidden potential which is easily burn like marshmallows hahaha...

Funny how everyone has forgotten about the couple in Vios. They were the one that caused the accident... but no one put any blame on them. Alright I fully understand it's an accident so no one should be blame erm... but if the Vios driver didn't drive his car recklessly I think then no one will get burn right? So bottom line is DRIVE SAFE!

UPDATED
I found this comment in one of the Boycott BHP sites. It's funny and interesting to see how the PR spoke person Abdul Kaiyum of BHP could say Teo wasn't calm when he was trying to borrow their fire extinguisher and that even if the 2 attendants didn't borrow it was alright because the fire extinguisher is BHP's property and doesn't belong to the public. Apparently the press conference was canceled.I guess BHP is too ashamed to face the public. :P

Credit to Lawrence:
Hope 1 fine day Abdul Kaiyum house was being burn and will he calmly walk to his neighbor and ask

Kaiyum =”a pleasant day and greeting, (smiling) my house was burning and my wife and children are locked inside. could you borrow me your fire extinguisher and help me called 999 please?”

Neighbor= “err sorry, we can’t borrow you the fire extinguisher because my husband not at house and is quite heavy, i think u are on your own, last month no 14 borrow our fire extinguisher and return back to us empty, my husband scold me and said is own property not to public, sorry Mr Kaiyum can’t borrow”

Kaiyum with calmly “he said here is my IC and my wallet, u can hold it as compensation can you borrow to me?”

neighbor = “well we love to but my husband said do not touch it unless we have emergency”

Kaiyum = with calmly ” it is an emergency, my house is burning and my family members is inside the house”

Kaiyum with calmly walk back to the house and he is seeing his family members are burning like kenny rogers roasted chicken.

neighbor Abdul Kayu when contacted claimed that his wife refused to open the door for Abdul Kaiyum as he was not acting calmly when asking for assistance. Neither did they refer to her husband because it Abdul Kayu outstation.

In defence of his wife, he said that other neighbor previously had been borrow their fire extinguisher return empty tank. Update: Abdul Kayu clarified that there will be no regret because is his neighbor lack of own safety measure and they should take care their own security and safety measure.

"Actually can't really blame them, they are just obeying orders from the boss"

This is understandable. Which is the core of what's wrong with Malaysians nowadays - the lack of a brain.

"However, in the society we live in today. We are all selfish people."

I'm calling this bullshit. I have friends who have handbrake U-turned and chased after snatch thieves, risking their lives for other people for the sake of justice. My sister panicked and screamed at me to stop my car just because she saw a dude lying face down at the curb, and wanted to help. I drove by a wounded motorist lying in the middle of the roar choking on his own blood and I got down from my car to redirect traffic.

There are FAR MORE people with common sense and compassion than what you think, so don't act coy here and assume everybody is apathetic as you.

"Funny how everyone has forgotten about the couple in Vios"

The issue here was the actions (or inaction) of the BHP petrol attendants changing what was a rescue-able case to a fatality. The accident had already happened. Blaming the Vios morons further wouldn't have helped in any way. But the BHP petrol attendants have a clear chance to make a life-or-death decision for the girl trapped in the car.

And they chose to let her burn to her death.

Which is the whole point of Teo's rage, get it?

    Well, it's just my 2 cents :)

My mistake I shouldn't have said ALL people... I don't denied that there are still SOME people that still has the compassionate feelings in them even myself if not I wouldn't have post this up in my blog. Look at Akina himself as a good samaritan trying so hard to help the girl or even yourself and your sister. However, how many of us are like that? If there are really FAR MORE people like you said the girl wouldn't be burn to death. Just accept the fact that this is the kind of the world we are living in today.

What I am trying to say is no one to be blame but blame our surroundings, it is the society that teaches us not to trust people easily. Thanks to the increasing of crime rates that we no longer dare to fight for justice. It's not that we don't want to but we care for ourselves for more than we care for others. You might think I am apathetic but I still think we live in one untrustworthy horrid society.

As for the Vios couple, I am not blaming them. Obviously it's an accident but what I am trying to say is there's a lesson to be learn from this horrid accident which is DRIVE SAFELY! The Vios was obviously speeding. Maybe he shouldn't speed in the first place?

I obviously understand the anger that comes from Akina. How can I not get it? There is a chance that the girl might be save but obviously those 2 are morons. However, blaming the 2 attendants now doesn't bring back the girl's life. Instead what we could do is felt sorry for her family and maybe pray that her soul will rest in peace and probably a lesson for us all. Maybe we should consider a fire extinguisher in our car and be prepared at all times just like what Galvin said in his blog (even though I doubt that will do much help if you are stuck in the car or the car is smash the fire extinguisher might get stuck somewhere too but then you will never know).
